Whistle Express Car Wash

Bought a 2025 MINI Countryman at the end of December and due to the cold weather I wasn't able to give her a hand wash. All the rain and snow left her looking pitiful and unloved. Decided to give Whistle Express a go and I was NOT disappointed. Installed the app and purchased my first diamond wash. Took her in around noon today and although they were busy it didn't take long at all. I was greeted by a young lady that told me everything I would need to know in case there wasn't an attendant present for my next wash. I was third in line but it took less than 5 minutes to get through. Large area for attention to details after the wash. Free drying towels and vacuum. Prices are reasonable and I'll definitely be back at least twice per month. I was hesitant to do anything other than a han

The staff service was great but the wash itself was horrible. Left spots all over my car which i’m assuming is my clear coat layer on my paint, it was not this bad before and it didn’t even clean my car. There was still a lot of soap and bugs left. I did the $16 option which is the second lowest priced wash, essentially called a “double wash” by the staff. Will not be coming here again.

Our salesman Ross was the best ever ! He was funny and very patient with us trying to start a membership ! Definitely give him and this car wash 10/10

I’m a member of whistle car wash and everyone has been kind, but today I met someone OUTSTANDING. Every time I come to get my car washed, I point out to a service member that the bugs on the front of the car never seem to come off. Usually, they put some soap on the front manually and then send me through. It never works. But today I met a gentleman named Jeffrey. I told him about the bugs and he took the time to scrub and power wash the front of my car with intention and care before I went through. And for the first time ever, every bug was gone! I so appreciate Jeffrey going further than the other guys I’ve met at the car wash over the past few months. It means a lot as a consumer to receive excellence where you spend your money. I do have to say the customer service is OK and when I’m in customer service the employees out there I asked for a tire shine and I did not see not one tire was shine but the vacuum also like it was gone full blast and all of a sudden it just slowed down a little bit to the point of barely back up anything so everyone need to do their research before they go to a car wash
