Whistle Express Car Wash

I did not care for this car wash. I have the wash club at the location on Reynolds Rd. That location was down and we were sent to this location. I found the Mentor Ave location to be less than positive. The employees were unfriendly and appeared to be unhappy that they had to honor the wash club. I asked when the other location would be open and he clearly was irritated by the question. He shrugged his shoulders and said they probably didn't clean it correctly and that's what caused the issue. Also the was itself wasn't good. I went twice and both times it left white water spots on my car. I don't know if it was soap residue or not but I had to go home and rinse it off. I much prefer the Reynolds Rd location. The employees are much nicer and the car was itself is much better.

I've been a member since inception. The past 3 times I've tried to use my membership, the facility is closed.. without an explanation. Who else in the area has a monthly car wash membership?

I paid $10 for a basic wash and the back of my vehicle still looked dirty, there was still soap on the sides, I do not recommend this place at all.

Zach H was so helpful! Great vacuum suction, they provide towels, dissolve all cleaner and glass cleaner so it it’s a great one-stop!

I've been to many car washes in the area, but this one is definitely the best. My car comes out clean and dry. They have towels, cleaning sprays and powerful vacuums. I have WeatherTech mats and when I pull into the vacuums, I take the mats to the office, and they spray them down for me. Yesterday, Jaden even asked me if I wanted help wiping them off to dry. These guys are all about customer service
