Customer Reviews
This place is THE BEST!! I purchased the monthly pass because my son loves going through it. The service here is second and none. Dylan treat us like family every time we go through the Wash. “Mr. clean “is great always making sure to say hello and to see if there’s anything that we need. As a small business owner myself, I know how it could be hard to find good help but it looks like they don’t have that problem here highly recommend.
Great experience! Super nice team! Great attitudes all the way around. Easy and accessible vacuums that have great suction and length. Awesome service all the way around!
We wish to inform you that a comprehensive investigation has been conducted regarding your claim. This process involved a meticulous review of all relevant evidence and documents, an examination of camera footage, and an inspection of the equipment within the tunnel. The results of this investigation indicate that the car wash is not responsible for the damage you reported. The Operations team has communicated to you that your claim has been denied, and this decision remains the official position of the company. Anyone else have damage done to your car and been denied? I’ve had a membership since the store opened in 2023. I WILL CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO BEFORE YOU HAVE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. I’m now replacing my $350.00 Sharkfin that there’s no way it just came o
I went in for the first time tonight because of a referral from a family member and let me tell you, the customer service I experienced here was the best I've ever had at a car wash. Baylen and his team went above and beyond making sure my 2008 Tundra looked the best it has in over 10 years. If you need your car washed, give them your business!
Dylan was so friendly, helped early Saturday morning while I vacuumed and noticed my toddler was being impatient. Made her smile and laugh so I could finish up. I was extremely grateful for good Genuine customer service given I rarely get the time to finish basic tasks as a busy mom!
