White Glove Car Wash

I visited this car wash as a new resident of Maple Shade, hoping for great service. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill by the end of my visit. While the associate who took my payment was very pleasant, another associate later was extremely rude. My main issue was the quality of the service. The floor mats were only sprayed with water — no soap or scrubbing at all. My car was barely dried, and when I asked about the tire shine, I was told it was already done, which clearly wasn’t the case. I paid for a package that included rim cleaning and tire shine and received neither. Safe to say, I won’t be returning. What’s disappointing is that I was actually considering signing up for the monthly pass, but this experience changed my mind completely.

Lazy staff that puts very little effort into ensuring your vehicle is washed properly, especially the guys towards the beginning of the wash who vacuum and are supposed to brush the rims. I’ve been here a couple times and every time seems to get worse and worse. I pay for the highest full service wash they offer and they didn’t even touch my wheels, and the automatic wheel brush inside of the wash itself was completely broken. I mentioned something to the manager and they did a quick wipe but not much. Very disappointing considering the white glove in Turnersville usually does a great job.

I've been going to white glove for eons I like to wash my own cars when I have time. But when I don't I go to white glove it's almost like getting a hand washed job in minutes in and out they do a great job interior exterior floor Matt's windows they do it all car looks new and fresh when they finish

Very very disappointed I usually go to the cherry hill location but this one is closer to home so I planned on using this location from now on. A quick change of heart after today, but I should have read reviews prior. The bottom of my car is still filthy and it can simply be wiped off. I mentioned it to the folks and when one of the individuals was about to clean it off, another gentlemen who mentioned that they were closing soon came over and said oh there’s some stuff at the bottom to insinuate that he couldn’t clean it off. He then proceeds to walk off with the other person as oppose to wiping it. Since they thought I was putting my baby in the car seat, I guess they didn’t expect me to be looking back, they gave each other a high five and proceed to laugh. More than likely because he

I’ve been going to white glove in cherry hill and have not had a single issue. I decided to go to the maple shade location and I’m highly disappointed. If you have a vehicle with nicer wheels I would not risk taking it through this car wash. The belt grabs your wheels and can most definitely cause damage. Not only did it damage my wheels, they did a HORRIBLE job drying off my car. I was paying $38 a month for a top of the line service that was not anywhere near what they said. The grill and rear diffuser were still dirty and my wheels were damaged and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!!!! If you care about your car like I do STAY AWAY!
