White Horse Car Wash & Pet Wash

I went to wash my dogs. Its a dollar a minute. The ramp doesn't stay out when fighting to drag a dog up the ramp lol. They're not used to a ramp. It was fine and I will bring them here again. The place does need better hooks to hold leash on the wall.

I’ve been a long-time customer of this car wash, but unfortunately, I’ve stopped coming after a recent experience. I tried to use the touchless wash with multiple cards, but none worked. At first, I was surprised because all of my cards are active and connected to my phone. I later realized the issue seemed to be with the machine, not my cards. I politely asked the employee if she could use a manager override card so I could still pay using another method, as I was already lined up and trying to get the wash done. Instead of helping, she was extremely rude and refused to use the manager override card. She told me, “Honey, you gotta get out of here,” and said she would not turn the machine on. I asked if I could speak with a manager, and she left briefly, then came back and said she was t

This place is not keeping up with the times. They don’t have towels for you to dry the car. You have to pay for the vacuum afterward, and it was the loudest and seemingly harshest brush I’ve had in a long time. The wash wasn’t particularly good. So, towels would’ve been necessary to make the car look decent and presentable. The washes that I go to charge the same prices and provide those things. I will not be back. Two thumbs down on this one.

I'm sorry to say this, but this is the second time this car wash has damaged my vehicle. It's shame. The place is affordable does a good job cleaning and the people there are usually very nice. The first photo is of the scratches that I used touch up paint to fix. The second photo is today's damage.

car wash is mid but what really gives it 0 stars is the fact the vacuum can’t suck up anything !!! i’ll literally be driving to another car wash since it literally didn’t get anything up. waste of money UPDATE: i wish i would give you negative stars just based off your response. It was 8am how are your vacuums clogged when you just opened ? and if that was the case your employees should be checking for those things before paying customers use them. It’s okay though I went to the amazing MODWASH, which i knew i should have went to from the jump, but you were closer.
