Took newly serviced car we bought about two months ago for an oil change and they over filled the car with oil. It went everywhere as we went down the road. Car started smoking all we could smell was oil. Checked the dip stick, they put about a quart too much oil. After three visits back they replaced the dipstick they broke, I had to buy more oil and they gave it another try. Magically the car stopped leaking oil. After they put a new oil filter, which my best guess is they used the wrong one to begin with, new dipstick, new oil and three visits later the problem was resolved. The whole time they never would admit they had made a mistake. Becareful about choosing white tire in Lenoir.

They said I needed ball joints in my chevy truck had them do it for $1.200 they never got it lined up right after 8 months I toke it somewhere else they said the ball joints where not seated in right now I have to have it done again plus upper control arms save your money don't let them touch your car

To Start off, Grayson and Jordy took ownership of a problem which Jordy created for me concerning my wife's vehicle. I now believe it was unintentional and that Jordy simply could not see the washer hose position as it was in a tight corner under the hood.
