I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Whites Chevrolet in Gillette, Wyoming. After purchasing a Jeep Rubicon from them, with only 1200 miles on the odometer, the engine catastrophically failed – it completely blew up. What's appalling is that I believe Whites Chevrolet was aware of known issues with the Jeep's engine but attempted to mask the problem by using stop leak, which only exacerbated the situation. For five months, I've been waiting for my Jeep to be repaired under warranty, with no end in sight until recently, and even then, only after my persistent efforts. To add insult to injury, despite multiple requests to replace the clutch with a new one during the repair process (a service I was willing to pay for), Whites Chevrolet consistently reinstalled the old, used clutc

I would like to mention Taylor Pruitt, this dude will form an opinion about you, before he knows you, they say don’t judge a book by there cover, but he judges you by the cover and make up lies about you and make you look like the bad guy, he does a lot I mean a lot wrong but to him he’s perfect and won’t take accountability for his own actions, because of him I will no longer be stepping foot near any whites location ever again. Good job Taylor you lost 1 and many more clients than just me because I will pass this on. You are not perfect and when you can own up to it and show some kind of gratitude and accountability I might reconsider

I’ve personally have bought 3 cars from whites energy motors and this recent purchase has been the best experience I have ever had! Xavier was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to help us get all our paper work squared away. Even took time out of his own person night to get paper work done for us! Let’s just say I’ll always be working with him, when purchasing a new car!

Kudos to Jeff in service! This guy made the whole service experience pleasant. Prompt and very courteous. And as an added bonus they diagnosed and fixed my truck the first time.

My experience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. I brought my Dodge in 7 months ago to replace a water pump, which cost me $1,100. Unbelievably, it took them seven months to complete this repair. Just recently, the same water pump failed again, leaving me stranded in another city. I had to pay out-of-pocket for a tow to the nearest Dodge dealership. That second dealership confirmed it was indeed the water pump and serpentine belt that were the only issues, and while they acknowledged it was warranty work, they explicitly stated they "did not want to" perform it. I then had to limp my truck back to this Gillette dealership. They spent another month "waiting on parts" for the water pump – which makes me highly suspect they weren't installing a new unit in the first place,
