As a fleet owner with multiple mechanics in the area, I’ve had the worst experience here. I sent a truck in for a simple light repair that turned into $700 repair that still doesn’t work. Not only did I pay for a service that wasn’t completed, but I also received a tremendous amount of disrespect from the rep, Carter White, when I confronted him about it. As a business owner, I don’t see how any company would ever conduct business in this manner.

What a disorganized shop. I called 8 days ahead of time and made an appointment for PM on a Cummins/Onan generator. When we arrived we were told they had no record of the appointment, had no idea who took my call, and if we left the bus they’d try to work us in the next day. I looked in my call logs and I definitely called the right location when I set up the appointment. Never going to try using White’s again, that’s for sure.

Always have had great service here. If it's not in stock it can be ordered and in house quickly. If you need it now they know where to send you to get it same day.

Tell me why I went to the dealership to pick up a seal they wanted a $100 dollars for the seal. I went to Cannadys truck parts. Got the same exact seal same brand for $41. They are gonna price this self right out of business.

Great Service, Parts counter was awesome got my delivery within time. Delivery driver Puerto Rican guy was very helpful, placed the parts neatly for me. Rebecca is very helpful and knowledgeable.
