WhiteWater Express Car Wash

BEWARE MANY SCRATCHES WILL BE LEFT ON THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR VEHICLE!!! This is the second time I’ve come through to get my car washed and wasted $20. The car is still dirty with bugs left on it, mats weren’t cleaned well enough I had to clean the rest of the film off myself remaining on the mats. You also have to clean the remaining residue of your car and windows after paying for their service. Employees get paid to do nothing! You’re better off going to Mike’s and get the bang for your buck and pay extra for quality services.

Went and washed my car everything was fine until the employee was walking around cussing and basically upset with his job. Then kinda was on my tail for me to leave so he could block off a spot 2 hours before close. I’ve also been a membership holder for close to a year now and never had issues. First time at location but definitely has me second guessing it now.

I have had great experience with WhiteWater Express on Tylersville Rd. We had all our vehicles (3) washed/cleaned here within the span of 2 weeks. Their price is very reasonable compared to other car wash places. Including wet towels for customers to use and vacuum for free. They also asked me if I needed any help cleaning my vehicle. Which was very generous of them. I will definitely come here again. Best price, great car wash, and good service.

Disappointed by this experience. The two men standing at the pay station did not speak or look at me. They were engrossed in their own conversation. However, they did make sure to reach over and select “no receipt”. Why can’t customers have a receipt?? The wash itself is not very effective. My car was not very clean afterwards. Overall very disappointing experience.
