Not only did they do beautiful repair work on my car, but Billy also went above and beyond in dealing directly with my insurance company. There were a few back and forth issues with the appraiser, and he stepped in to advocate for me. They were great to deal with, took my car in right away, got started the very next morning, and completed the work much faster than I thought possible. Most importantly, they take pride in their work and sweat the details. They contacted the auto insurance company covering the repair directly and insisted on only using only OEM parts for the job. My car came out the other side good as new and looking great. I couldn't be happier with them.

Phenomenal workmanship. They made the insurance process extremely easy. The owner also worked with me to fix another area of damage. Very reasonable prices. The shop I usually use was backed up. Whitings is the definition of a customer first business. I was in an accident, and insurance was a nightmare. It felt like nobody was on my side until I discovered Whitings.
