In my couple of experiences with Wiers and Glenn coming out to maintenance our fleet, I have seen exceptional customer service! Glenn was friendly, super informative and extremely efficient. Wiers is always reachable and accommodating to our work schedule. Wiers keeps you in the loop with everything going on and has a nice system to help us maintain and keep our fleet maintenance on schedule.

Our Client purchased an older Truck Crane that needed to be shipped out east. The Truck Crane was known to be coldblooded and the Buyer drug his feet till December. Brady sent Miguel out and he got it started and the air brakes to release. Shippers missed appointments and Brady worked with me till we finally got this shipped. Just had my first experience using them and man what a crew they have. From the service writer going above and beyond to ensure the parts was located for my repair, to the mechanic making special trip out to my location to ensure my truck was fixed as fast as possible. I deliver just in time type freight and break downs can be quite costly. The guys at wiers are top notch guys and I highly recommend them, mechanic James was nothing short of a super hero tonight saving my caboose tonight. I was looking at a huge setback and he saved the day with a quick repair that didn’t break the bank. I can’t say thank you enough to them for getting me back going.

Brought my RV into Brent needed a refrigerator. He went to Elkhart, Indiana and drive to get it ,brought it back. Had SEAN install it then decided he was gonna do some more work. We had a few broken shelves and a couple of other little issues and they had everything done within five hours. Amazing Alliance Rv recommended them which is where we bought the rig a year ago and I’m super happy with the way Brent and Shawn handled everything. They certainly were worth me leaving Illinois visiting a relative to go to see Brent to get All the items including the refrigerator done. They did an excellent job. Thank you very much.
