Needed a third row seat assembly for a 19 Lincoln Navigator for a particular color, rare item but was able to find one in Wisconsin, the yard out there is a partner of PRP, i called Wilberts to see if they could arrange a deal to be made and have this item delivered to Syracuse. The sales person (wish i could write his full name but ticket states Salesperson 1 CJP) provided an unbelieveable level of customer service, called me back to verify exactly my trim level, called the selling yard to verify the condition of item (to make sure its good), this level of customer service is unheard of especially in the parts business where most people have trouble just picking up the phone let alone doing all the leg work to have a deal like this arranged and successfully executed. Great company! My first time when I found them and started using them, I had a mix up and they was awesome about it and fixed it.. ( Thank you Greg..GM ) great guy. Them I recently needed a radio for my wife's new truck and bought it. Was helped by a kewl guy named Kyle ( hope that's how he spells it. ) He went above and beyond to help. Bought the radio on Thursday 20th and woke up today Friday the 21st and bam it was on my doorstep. My wife was expecting it to look a little used, maybe even a few scuffs, but no it looks BRAND NEW like it just came out of a factory box. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts!!! Should consider teaching your delivery van drivers not to be concerned with passing vehicles on 2 lane route 104 when it's already moving along just fine at full speed. Doing it with company vehicle probably paid by the hour would indicate a complete lack of intelligence.

Great service even had color match part for my truck, they overcharged me by accident but caught the mistake and refunded me quickly part was cheaper than I could find on ebay
