Car runs fine now but they didn’t call me before changing my battery to ask if I wanted the work done or not. Ended up spending way more than I anticipated for a battery change. $413. They only apologized for the lack of communication and the only restitution they offered was to take the battery out. The cherry on top was that they have a framed picture of a racist caricature behind their front desk. Definitely won’t be returning.

They take advantage and make up prices. My car was towed .5 miles and they are charging me 432$ ???? Does that make sense ? I picked my car up less than 24 hours later . Meanwhile a few months back my car was towed from Maine and I was charged 300$!!! They make up prices because they know there is nothing we can do .

Over priced and left my car dirty from the mechanic shop (left the old parts on my car seat) . Wayy too much for an alternator replacement compared to almost any other shop around. Extra labor and parts added to the bill that clearly wasn't called for. The towing service was fine.

Was told $200 last night to come get my vehicle out of the tow yard today, and when I called today to verify this I was told $500. Not a good way to run a business. I'm sure they laugh all the way to the bank each time. Too bad money can't buy decency and honesty.

MVA occurred outside of my residence and driver pulled into my driveway afterwards. I was told by Vestal PD that the towing company would clean the mess of left over car parts, leaking fluids, and concrete. Towing company proceeded to put sand over the fluids and leave. When I called and asked the company if they would be back to clean the mess, I was left with a tough luck. Real class act. If given any opportunity reach out to triple city towing instead.
