Wild Water Car Wash & Pet Wash

Their system is a joke, has to scan a license plate.. could make it easier on everyone to just scan in the app that’s also a joke and sucks. Had to pay $10 for a wash even though I had a membership. Asked for reimbursement, guy was a joke in the phone, didn’t have good customer service skills and denied a chargeback. No wonder they have 4 stars and hopefully less now with my rating.

Came here to get my car wash and decided to use the self serve bays. It charged me $16 two different times and my wash was only $8?? Trying to steal money from people like that is theft and also fraud and I will be reporting this business to the attorney generals office and the BBB. Sprayer barely worked also. No wonder they have a 3.9 star rating. They're damn thieves!!

Wasnt a big fan of the touchless car wash as it left soap on my truck, im sure its not meant for trucks anyway, but the bays are pretty nice, only thing is i wish the stop button would actually stop the time or at least slow it down, I like to normally scrub my truck with my own soap and mitt because im not a huge fan of car wash brushes, only other thing was that the bay I was in the top of the pressure washer was leaking and I almost drove off with soap on my truck topper. But all around it has nice bays and I really like the carpet holders on the walls. Huge fan of the truck bay aswell

DANGER! Multiple times we have been charged double the amount shown in the car wash. Do not go here if you value your money and want to know the real amount you are paying.

Got a membership but their cameras are unable to read my front plate. I’ve had this issue twice now. What a waste of time and money. Customer service was a joke.
