Ryan Pennington was the best!! I came in needing a car ASAP but he made sure to take the time with me to make sure I got what I really wanted. He sat with me for a while while we searched through the inventory to find what I was looking for. He is very patient and knowledgeable about all of the cars that I test drove. Had my jeep towed here. Bad starter. They replaced it. The starter made a grinding noise. I asked Alan Scherer if it was a rebuilt starter and he said it was new. He said if it was something they did, they would look at it at no cost. If it wasn't their fault I would have to pay another 205.00 diagnostic fee. Called today to see if I could get some further assistance. Trey told me it was a rebuilt starter. I asked for a manager. He said he wasn't there until Monday. You do not tell your customers they are getting a new part and then in their notes as they are reading them to you from their side it says REBUILT without an explanation. I am extremely disappointed. Please be careful going here. I really didn't have a choice. AAA towed my vehicle here.
