This is the place to take your car if you are in the Grapevine area. I made an emergency stop at this shop after a trip to the airport, and they took a look at my car right away. They got my car diagnosed within a few minutes and were upfront and honest about everything. The guys in the shop were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough!

I used Willard Auto yesterday for the first time. Previously for 30 years I used another local auto shop. Eric at Willard was amazing. Honest. Respectful. Caring. He explained my trucks issues and I could tell he was not in this to make an extra buck. They fixed my issues in a very timely manner. I took my truck to Willard Automotive after getting an error that indicated a problem with the DEF system. They diagnosed the issue and communicated thoroughly through the process of completing the repair. The part was a dealer only item and they were able to find it at an out of town dealer and acquire it quickly. They went out of their way to make the repair quickly and helped us out as that is our only vehicle. Eric was great to work with.

It’s rare to find a shop that communicates clearly, stands behind their repairs, and treats customers with real respect but this one does. Every time I’ve been in, Luke has taken the time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle, what needs attention, and what can wait. No pressure, no upselling, just solid, trustworthy service. I came in to get my car looked at because I was having some electrical issues with my brake lights. They looked at it and diagnosed the issue within a few hours and completed the work the next day! Very speedy, friendly, and reliable service. Will definitely be back. There is also a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on all the work done! Amazing!
