Williams done an amazing job. They kept me updated regularly with what was going on with my car. They took care of dealing with the insurance company when they tried to low ball the estimate. Most of all they finished my car earlier than expected and my car look brand new. They done a great job detailing my car as well.

I have some mixed emotions about my time with Williams Subaru bodyshop. They had amazing customer service there was amazing; from the people to the AWESOME communication that they have, they were very helpful going above and beyond for me to help with the insurance adjusters and loaner vehicles. However, the work took a while to complete and when I finally was able to get my car back, there were several items that were not to my standard or theirs. I had to take the car back and have them fix it which was frustrating. The final final product was very well done, but I just wish they weren't so sloppy in their details the first time. That is what is barring them from a 5 in my opinion, but like I said, they were lovely overall.

I would highly recommend this collision to everyone. Not only did they fix the damage they cleaned my car. It looked fantastic! Thank you!! 10 out 10 in customer service as well they were friendly and walked me through the process step by step. They are amazing!

After a swiping accident, I took my car in for body work. The service at Williams was above and beyond my expectations. I was kept abreast of the progress on a regular basis and was given a brand new loaner to drive while my car was being fixed. The check I received from my insurance company was $2000 under what was really needed to do the right job, so Williams took care of contacting my company and updating my claim. I didn't have to pay a penny more. When I picked up my car, the body work was perfect, and my car was spotless, inside and out! It was an amazing experience. It really was.

I have been to them 5 separate times over the years. Every time my cars come back looking like they are new. Great service and great communication too. It's the only place I will go for body work
