Williams Auto, Towing, and Recovery

Called him for information on a family members car, he got very smart with me, I apologized that people were calling about it but that it was not my fault and I would work on getting it sorted out, he still caught an attitude. Do not recommend, he might have been having a bad day but it was not fair for him to take it out on someone who was only trying to help my family.

This place is absolutely the worse , people are rude , manger is rude. dismissive. and the older man who tows is SUPER rude and racist. taking over people and literally YELLING in your face. this place is super money hungry and are scamming people. The prices that are quoted over the phone are different to what our leasing building has. to simply unhook the car and IT WAS NOT LIFTED . IN NOT A SINGLE MOMENT was my car lifted and ready to go. they charged me $250 to simple unhook around 3am. the lady who i spoke to over the phone and the man who was towing has TWO different stories as to if the car was “lifted” and “on the ground”. went to my leasing office and even they said that the prices that they have contracted with this company did not match and thought it was super suspicious why it

They refused to give a receipt! They charge whatever price they want for that day! And my car came back with hardly any oil in it. They r horrible & very rude! U will not get a straight answer out of them!!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My car was wrongfully towed despite having valid stickers clearly displayed. When I called to clarify, I was met with complete disrespect by the woman at the front desk. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she was doing me a favor for correcting their mistake. Initially, I was told the car would be returned then without explanation, that decision was reversed, and I had to go retrieve it myself. So after being wrongly blamed and disrespected, I was the one who had to waste my time, energy, and gas to fix an issue they caused. No apology. No accountability. Just attitude and deflection. If this is how they treat people when they’re clearly in the wrong, I can only imagine how they act when they think they’re right. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Co

I had a very unique introduction to Williams auto towing and recovery. My college aged daughter was in a minor fender bender with one of their drivers and it was actually a pleasant experience. The police arrived and did not write a ticket to either party so there was some ambiguity regarding who was at fault. The driver was very kind to my daughter and ensured that she was ok. BTW. No one was hurt. I called the owner and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to work it out without involving insurance companies. As we discussed how to resolve the issue the owners remained professional and our conversations never became contentious. If I ever need tow service or repairs to my vehicles I will definitely use Williams Towing and Recovery. Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren
