I have been going to Wilmington Transmission for several years for repairs and service on all my vehicles. They have always been very professional, kind and courteous. I have always been satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them. They have always been there for me: in a pinch and for scheduled appts. I personally would not go anywhere else for my auto servicing needs. Thank you Russ Trevor and your team!

Our Transmission unexpectedly went in our 2018 Tahoe. We spoke to several people to get a feel for their knowledge of auto repair work and pricing. After speaking with them, we decided to have them work on our car. They have a great deal of knowledge, speedy turnaround time, and great recommendations for future services that would be needed. It’s always easy to write a review when things go according to plan, but what prompted me to finally leave these 5 stars is because how they handled when something went wrong. Russ and his son Trevor went above and beyond to make right an issue with a repair that had been performed. It was some of the best customer service I’d ever experienced.
