Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Went in for some recall and warranty work. Long story short, they made the appointment with me over the phone, knew EXACTLY what I was coming in for, and when I do come in, they tell me they won't do ANY recall/warranty work and turn me away. They claimed their mechanics are unable to take photos for warranty work and outright refused to take another Jeep on recall work. A day later, they contact me to say I was a no show. This dealership needs to shut down. If your staff is unwilling to work on vehicles or even incapable of simply taking pictures for manufacturer documentation, just give up already. It'd take something short of a miracle to ever consider going back after how this was handled.

From the start I was greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. They were able to diagnose and fix my car problem that day. I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend these guys.

I have had to go back here several times due to recalls on my diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the customer service here is the best that I have had from auto dealers or mechanics on the entire island! They still do not have my recall parts in, but I feel like this is no fault of their own due to how good their customer service has always been.
