Horrible exhaust work done. Barley hung up on my car only 2.5 inches off the ground it scrapes all the time. one of the 80 dollar tips i bought from them fell off in less than a week because they didn’t even weld it on right. These people are horrible at their jobs don’t let them touch your vehicle please. 1000 dollar exhaust job falling apart right out the door. Very disappointed and mad.

My service engine light came on so I took it to Wisconsin Muffler to get the diagnostic test done and repair the issue. I chose Wisconsin Muffler because they are one of the few places that don't charge $100+ for the initial diagnostics test to find the problem. I thought I would be saving on that initial charge but that decision came with an even bigger cost in the end because I ended up paying double. They called me later that day and said my truck was ready to be picked up. Go to pick up my truck and ... The Service Engine Soon light was still on. They charged me 200$ to replace a sensor that I am not even sure if I needed.. They claimed that they couldn't get the Service Light to come off because of a Recall from the manufacturer. Was under the impression I needed a new catalytic converter from another source. Was referred to Wisconsin Muffler and spoke with Rick. Appreciated him doing his own diagnostic, which turned out to be an O² sensor and new gas cap! Way cheaper than the quote for converter. Appreciated not feeling intimidated being a woman knowing nothing about cars! Rick was amazing and I highly recommend checking them out and talk to Rick and the team will get you right at a fair cost! I didn't feel cheated and will keep coming back to them!

I have gone here several times for various muffler issues (my car is very old) and they have consistently been kind, honest, and helpful! They always stick to their quote, there’s no suspicious fees or overcharging, I never have to go back for the same issue twice, and their customer service/communication to customers is excellent!
