Wittmeier Collision Center

This was my first time needing a collision center, so I was concerned about finding a good place. My friends and family had horrible experiences with another shop here in town and the quotes I was getting were outrageous. I am so happy I went to Wittmeier Collision Center. I felt like I was in good hands with Vincent A. He was very calm, down to earth and professional which put my mind at ease. He was great at answering my questions and giving me weekly text updates on my car. If any issue came up, he quickly resolved it the same day. Raquel at the desk was sweet and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink. She also called the car rental company to come and pick me up. I did not know they offered that service. My car looks great and I'm happy with the results.

Had my vehicle towed from Redding to here at knockout, chose to do repair elsewhere but knockout was phenomenal with their explanation and documentation of service and repair, even helped me review another work order for a different shop to help me better understand the two differences. Under the right circumstances, I would absolutely pick knockout as my repair center.

I had a really great customer service experience with Whitmeier Collison Center! I was in a car accident in late February, and sight unseen, and without an appointment, was taken as a client the same day. I was told "it will take months", and I thought they meant like till November. However, they just finished three months later! I am really impressed! The customer service representative, Vincent, was so helpful and communicative about the whole process! It was uncanny that, when I thought about progress on my car, he would call! We also got to talking, and I mentioned that I worked occasionally at Chapman Elementary, whose feild is right beyond the workshops fence, and I told him "I always looked to see if my car was there, lol", and the next time I went to work there, it was right there

I couldn't get the car done I brought in 3 weeks before. I said car maybe would be done in a month More or so. Service Writer was great, but the company is very unorganized! Decided to do the car myself I own my own custom car shop.

Their service was excellent. I bought my car at Wittmeier Auto Center a few years ago and I have been very happy with it. Penny took care of getting a very simple repair made to my car as a courtesy. Thank you!
