Trey was great to work with in getting my 2002 F-150 truck repaired. He was very patient and explained everything. He did excellent work, and his attention to detail was outstanding. Lastly, his prices were very fair considering his expertise! I would gladly recommend his shop to my best friend without reservation. And I would give Wixson Automotive 10 stars if possible! Try them, you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This POS charged my parents $312 to change ONE single coil, and 4 spark plugs, because he knew he could take advantage of my parents who know nothing about engines. The coils are easily accessible as you can see in my picture below. There are only 4 coils, and to remove one you just unscrew it, and then remove the wiring harnesses. Then the spark plug is right underneath the coil. So you just grab the appropriate socket, and unscrew. The entire process takes about 5 minutes. He also said he was replacing the coil “packs,” which consists of all the coils, but when I lifted the hood, there was only ONE new coil. The bill shows $119 for labor, $11, for the spark plug, and then and additional $46 for additional labor changing 4 little spark plugs! That’s not the who

This guy does great work and is fair about it. Have been using him for years. No bs. Will take any repairs I need done to him with no reservations about quality work.
