W.N Watson Tire and Automotive

Recently dropped my car off for an oil change. Got the standard follow up call, and was told my front and rear brake pads were in dire need of replacement (1mm & 3mm F/R remaining), and rotors were toast. I politely declined when told pricing. Attached are photos of the brake pads when I went to replace them (old and new side by side); they had more than half life left on both. Also alleged my battery was bad, which I had had load tested and came back perfectly fine. So quoted $1,300 worth of work, that was all not needed. On top of this, no mention of a TPMS light being on when I dropped the car off, or taking 30 seconds to air the tires up with a 90$ oil change. I was visiting Greenville in October 2025 and was heading out to see some of the amazing parks. We started on our way and noticed a tire listed at 7 PSI, the rest were in the 30’s. Figuring that my was going to be spent in the tire lobby, I drove in to W.N. Watson and explained my dilemma. Wonderful, friendly gentleman took care of the tire (which had a nail in it) and had us back on the road to enjoy the day. They were very fair and honest. I would recommend them many times over!

Recently brought a vehicle here for an undisclosed repair due to the positive reviews about being given a "fair price." Was quoted an estimate of $1400 for a $400 job. Promptly took my business elsewhere.
