Woodland Airstream

If you want five star service for brands even outside of Airstream, Woodland is your place. Nori, the parts manager, was more than helpful and extremely attentive. I ordered a part for a Zip Dee awning from their website for my GMC motorhome. They reached out to let me know that I ordered the wrong part. I wasn’t surprised that I ordered the wrong part because I’m not the smartest guy in the world. Nori, however, is a genius through and through. With every step of the process, Nori was there to help me get the right part. It showed up drop shipped direct from Zip Dee, and fit perfectly. My awning works again thanks to the fine folks at Woodland Airstream.

I called their parts department late in the afternoon on a Wednesday looking for a dome lid cover for my fantastic fan that had broken. This left me with a hole in the roof of the Airstream. Their parts department really came through by getting the order out quickly just before UPS had picked up for the day. The Service in the parts department is great. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped me.

Very helpful customer service through Woodlands text system. Nori, their parts manager was awesome!! It took a couple of hours them to get back to me, but once they did, they fixed my situation right away. They had a part for my 2017 Airstream Interstate 24GT Sprinter van’s automatic window shades that I was told could not be replaced. I would recommend using Woodland Airstream for all of your Airstream recreational needs.

August 29, 2022 I am impressed with the Airstream Interstate 24X, the Airstream customer support in Ohio, and the people at Woodland Airstream in Grand Rapids MI. The initial experience of any organization always leaves some impression. But it is the experience immediately after a complex purchase like an RV, that is very important. Without doubt, more questions and issues will need addressing after taking the RV home. That is when you see the true character of the people and organization.
