The new management takes great pride in the park and Karan, one of the owners is personally invested in doing the work and invests his own time in improving the park. Renovated office and several units. Fair rent.

They keep raising the lot rent,but they don't do anything for you. You take care of all the mowing and shoveling and pay all the bills. Your mobile home just sits there. Why keep raising the lot rent? When it snows,the streets are awful. They don't clear them very well or put salt or sand down. Please explain what you do with the lot money? And the playground is a joke. Clean it up.

Karlye is amazing. She knows exactly what to do to get things accomplished.

This is the WORST place to live. Do Not Buy a Home here!🗣 Dont bother calling for help even the emergency line. You better have connections or know how. All they care about is fixing and selling sub par mh. The maintenance is a joke. Barely see them around only to shovel, clear leaves and tear down old homes that are eye sores. Secretary always means to call but DEFINITELY calls if its for the rent. Compare it to any nicer park in town or in Rockford. Sure you pay double in lot rent but you see the difference as soon as you drive in. Its managed correctly!! Neighbors are probably nicer too!
