From communication to the work done everything is impressive and professional. I had somebody run into the back of my vehicle and they had it fixed in about a week's time. This was a painless and stress free experience that I didn't expect. Especially since I'd gotten the vehicle a week before and it got hit. Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if need be.

Great customer service. Joseph was awesome, had body work done for my 2013 Hyundai Genesis the damage was minor, but they kept me informed though out the repair process with text messages and a phone call. Great customer service. Thanks for your professionalism keep up the amazing work

My first time ever needing body work done to my car due to someone hitting me. I am absolutely satisfied with the work this establishment has done. Everyone was nice and professional. They replaced the needed parts AND repainted the car. The men even did a bit of interior detailing which wasn't expected. They cleaned my carpets when something had spilled from thanksgiving! I really wasn't expecting them to do that but I'm so thankful for that gesture. I'm so happy and extremely grateful for the service they provided. If my car ever needs body work done in the future, I will not hesitate to bring it back to CARSTAR! Thank you!

This place had my truck from mid march to May 10th. I picked it up in April as they were “done” only to find they didn’t even fix all the damages they noted were going to repaired. So I took it back under their same claim. Had 70$ worth of winning scratch tickets in my center console that I completely forgot to remove. Regardless my center console had no reason to be opened as the repairs were on the exterior of my vehicle. Of course when I got my truck they were gone. Man at the desk wasn’t much help, said he’d ask the guys Monday like they’ll tell the truth. It’s sad they have theives amongst them in that shop. I would not recommend this place at all. If I could give it a negative star I would.
