This will be the first and last experience with the service department. I scheduled on the GMC app for 30,000 mile service on my Sierra. Oil change, tire rotation, inflate the tires to 45 psi, and also added an additional service for them to check my door panels where the speaker covers are because they rattle constantly. The appointment was scheduled at 9am. I got a call at 8:56am from Mike the service manager telling me my truck was ready.
