**Review of World Auto Body in El Cajon** I recently had my car repaired at World Auto Body after being referred by my insurance company following an accident. The total cost of the repairs was about $11,000, which set my expectations for a high-quality job. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite having my car for 30 days, the quality of the repair work was far below what I anticipated. When I picked up my vehicle, I was surprised that no walk-around was offered, making it clear they knew the car wasn’t in proper condition. Would not recommend to come here. Only reason I went to this place was because my insurance chose that place for me. I had went in for a simple fix. To repaint my back bumper and side panel. The first time around they didn’t do their paint job evenly because they had to touch it up with paint which was wayy to noticeable. Took it back the next day, which ended up being worse since they only painted half the bumper. Not only doing that makes one half whiter looking but if you run your finger across you can feel the roughness of the paint. They ended up leaving paint residue drip down to my black diffuser, and a thick clear line which you can feel down the middle of the bumper as well. Great service. My Type R got hit in a parking lot by a kid, so her insurance picked this shop and paid for the service. Panels have been repainted with the appropriate paint, the sideskirt was replaced with a brandnew one, and they even washed up my car up real nice afterwards.

I have brought my car to this body shop about 3 or 4 times now and they do such a great job on my car. This last time I was helped out by Ricardo. He and his team went above and beyond with my mazda. 10/10 service overall even detailed my car. Their service is the reason why I keep on coming back to them.

Great customer service, they truly do care about their customers. I don’t even live in the area, but I would drive my car all the way to the San Diego area to get my car done and I live in Corona. Shout out to the staff in both El Cajon and Mira Mesa locations. Thank you
