Nelson is great and is really nice, the problem is that when he is on vacation the rest of the employees seem to not care as much. I had asked for help assessing some issues with my car that I took to the dealership which was offering a warranty replacement. It seems that after World Auto Services had my money, they no longer cared about my problems, the man who answered the phone wasn't interested in helping, said he didn't remember things about the car, and when I asked if he could reach out to Nelson who was the one who actually worked on mine, he said "I'm not going to do that". I've been waiting for 2 days to hear them get back to me, hasn't happened yet, nor do I expect it to. Great service done in a timely manner and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get the shoes for the rear drums and the brake pads in the front replaced on my 2014 Nissan Sentra. Nelson and his crew are very good service people. Thank you very much for your integrity.

Excellent mechanics who extend themselves to get your car fixed as soon as you call. A good mechanic who is reliable and quick is important. You never know when your car needs to be fixed so having a mechanic like World Auto Service is fantastic.

I took my truck to world's auto service for brakes. I had a great experience. They did an outstanding job, replacing my brakes and rotors. The prices are very reasonable. Paul the mechanic, and the owner Nelson, look like very honest people. I will be coming back for future repairs. I recommend this auto shop without reservations.
