Loved working with Mandy and Gary. They are welcoming and supportive when it comes to questions and concerns. Mandy followed through with follow ups on the my car. She’s wonderful! Great attribute to the team. The only concerns I had with the shop, was the constant delays of when the car was going to be finished. Otherwise everything else was great!

Originally I had set up with another shop and they couldn’t get my car done for weeks. I called up world compass collision and they got me in the same day and they knocked it out. The staff is awesome and the service was great. They basically gave me a new car back and it was much appreciated. Definitely recommend!!

World Compass did great work on my car damaged by a rogue recycling dumpster. They were communicative and worked efficiently with my insurance company. They finished the job ahead of estimates and it looks great. I would go back for repairs in the future.

Incredibly disappointed with this shop. TLDR: Poor communication and rude customer service people. Had my vehicle for 2x as long as originally promised. Had to take the vehicle back due to poor-quality work. Refused to provide me with estimate copies. Cost me hundreds of extra dollars of rental car charges. My vehicle was taken to World Compass after being stolen and significantly damaged. I experienced non-stop issues and frustration with WCC. 1. I received very little communication; they had my vehicle for over a month and I think they only reached out to me about 3 times out of a total of 10ish total calls. One one call, I was told I should have been getting text updates about my vehicle and they told me they'd make sure to get those set up for me right away - they never did. 2. WCC

Terrible communication. The team sent us an estimate of damages at 3:58 pm on Wednesday. We were traveling and on planes yesterday and did not respond. Apparently 1 day lapse is to much time as they did not call us to follow up but instead called StateFarm first thing this morning to move the car even though my husband emailed at 9:06 am saying he logged in to StateFarm and authorized the charges. Meanwhile, we signed intake forms from World Compass on September 22nd and waited for them for two days to get back to us with the estimate. Super upsetting and the last thing I wanted to deal with on a Friday when I thought repair work would start. I am mostly writing this review so that the manager sees how the employees are possibly twisting timelines and not sharing when they actually send
