Awful customer service. The order and shipping was fine but the product was a smaller size than I needed and specifics weren't shown online. They have packing slips saying to send emails and reach out directly with any issues. I have emailed multiple times & called but have not received any response! Will not be ordering from them ever again, please save yourself the headache unless you're 1000% sure you need the exact part and it's worth the price if you won't ever hear back from these people.

Three hours to unload but nice people

WARNING...Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered couplers for our business. The description was misleading. I tried to return in June. After numerous calls to numerous people I got know where. No return calls, or if I was lucky enough to talk with someone nothing was done. Its been 3 months with no resolve. I will never buy from them again.

Been customer for years. Service has dropped to almost non-existent. The salesperson and supervisors don't know the difference between different thread count bolts etc. I cancelled my account. Which is over 20k per year. Still no one from that company has even contacted me to see why. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

Well this place is not big rig friendly, no space to back up or U turn
