XL Parts

It is with great sadness I express my poor experience at XL Auto on Cartwright in Missouri City, TX. I went to the store looking for 4 auto parts for my vehicle. The male manager on duty, before I could even ask for what I wanted said I should call the call center instead. As I truly understand this may be normal protocol, the store was completely empty and they had the capacity to look up the parts themselves. The service agent on duty was willing to help but I believe out spite they just said they didn’t have the part. I peacefully left and called the call center where Rodrigo looked up the parts himself and it showed 2/4 parts I needed were actually there. They have a large variety of tools and their prices are pretty decent. If you want to save money on purchasing auto parts I suggest giving these guys a try!!!

Gotta love Xl... Great pricing, oem branded parts available at a jobber price. Prefer this establishment over the bigger ones like Autozone, Advance, Oreilly
