Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Edgewood

The guys at XPress Pro were great. I walked in around 3pm, they found a couple of options of tires that would fit my vehicle, and had them put on before closing. They're all friendly guys, have competitive prices, don't assume you want the most expensive work, and look for deals for you when you're purchasing tires or services. The experience was so good that I'm going to start taking our cars there for oil changes and general servicing, too. Awesome experience, reasonable pricing!

After visiting family in Edgewood and trying to head home before a snowstorm, someone on the road signaled us to let us know that we had a flat tire. We went to the closest place, which happened to be Xpress Pro Tire & Auto at around 3:45 PM (they closed at 4:30 PM that day). I told them we potentially had a flat tire, and they initially said they wouldn't be able to do much for me due to the time. When I mentioned we had a baby and needed to head home to Ohio, they took us in and changed all four of our tires. Taking the highway with our tires in those conditions would've been extremely dangerous and I am extremely grateful that they helped us. They were quick and did an amazing job. But even more memorable is the kindness that they exhibited. I will certainly be returning for oil changes

Super friendly and helpful staff! Fit us in last minute for a tire repair to make sure we could get back home safely. If I didn’t live in a different state, I would be using the Edgewood location on a regular basis. Great people there.

The employees at Express Pro always treat me professionally. They never speak down to me and never try and take advantage of me by selling me services I don't need. It is rare to find car mechanics you can trust, but I have been going here for years and they have always been 100% trustworthy!

What an amazing experience! After 3 years of dealer servicing our car, including the last time we were there for an oil and filter change, which resulted with our car running worse and loosing 3miles per gallon afterwards. What a delight to find a smooth running place by Robert Gallatin! The ease of getting an appointment, the very competitive pricing and Robert explaining the procedure and full services that also came with it.
