Highly recommend this auto repair shop. On my way to work yesterday, I ran over a ladder that was laying in the middle lane on the high way. While every other shop nearby was trying to charge me over $100 just to take a look at my car, these kind folks were willing to look at my car for free. They replaced two tires, my inner and outer tire rods and realigned my car. They charged fairly, worked efficiently and were the absolute saving grace I needed that day.

I'm a retired OCD riddled mechanically skilled person with high-expectations and can testify that Russ and Dan were professional, polite and tolerant of my incessant questions and repeated detailing exactlly what work I wanted done. They met my highest expectations and even spoke honestly and cordially when I doubted some details where done two days afterward. This was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. I was from out of town and my tire was basically flat. I pulled into the parking lot of XPress Pro. I told the gentleman that my tire wouldn’t take any air. He had me pull my car around and he attempted to put air in the tire to no avail. He then asked if I wanted to purchase a new tire and suggested that the other tire was in bad shape as well. He sold me two tires for a great price and completed the repair in no time. I highly recommend this place.

Dan and Rudy are prime examples of excellent customer service. I came in with a broken oil dipstick that was stuck in the engine. These guys drilled out the old one, gave me an oil change and got me out of there in no time. This is the only place I bring my car. The service is excellent, they do a quality job and best of all, I've never felt they were trying to screw me over with stuff I don't need to help some higher up at corporate get a bigger bonus.
