Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Plainfield

I came in and was greeted by smiling faces and great customer service. Even though I was a walk in they took care of my oil change quicker than I've ever had it done and even politely told me I told them the wrong oil to put in. They said they checked what kind it needed and got me the correct kind! And all of that cheaper than I have ever seen. Gerald was professional, kind, and a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

The service was great. It was fast and efficient. They had to replace a tie rod , replace a tire, and do a front end alignment. The price for the tie rod and the front end alignment was very good but I thought the price of the tire was a little high

Great experience!! Pulled in for an oil change and got right in. Very friendly staff and work was completed very quickly. Very nice waiting area with nice coffee machine. I will be doing all of my business with this business from now on. I highly recommend this business!!

This place was awesome. I was in and out they was affordable they was super friendly they helped me with everything that I needed help with I recommend this place to anyone getting brakes tires oil I'm just waiting for my car to actually mess up so I can take it up there and see how great they are with that. But yes I would absolutely recommend this place.

5 star all the way! C. Trosper and the Plainfield Xpress team are awesome & honest! I have been going here to this location for many years, since it was CarX. I asked for my cabin filter to be changed and C. Trosper literally showed me the filter~ that it did not need changed and his co worker that I did not catch his name came to me and informed me my tires were not ready for a rotation. This is why I bring my vehicles here :) Keep up the integrity and good work Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Plainfield!
