The team was very professional, explained the whole process clearly, and kept me updated throughout the repair. When I picked up my car, it looked perfect. The quality of the work was outstanding, and you can really see the attention to detail and the pride they take in doing the job right. Honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. I also want to highlight their customer service. Everyone was friendly, transparent, and truly cared about making sure I was satisfied. About a month ago, I was rear-ended at a stop sign. My rear sensors were damaged, and I needed a new bumper, lift gate, bumper cover, and paint. From the moment I called, I was given a legitimate estimate and reassured that all the parts were high quality, the prices were fair, and the labor costs were affordable. They were even willing to take my car during a snowstorm and truly went above and beyond. They sent me pictures throughout the process, showed me the parts as they were being installed, and even complimentary compounded the entire car so the back wouldn’t be shiny while the front still looked dull. Now my car looks absolutely brand new. I truly feel like I’ve found my lifetime mechanic, and I wouldn’t trust my leased vehicles with anyone else. Thank you so much!!!! 🙏🏾

The staff was polite, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, the service was outstanding. They told me my car would be ready in three days, and they delivered exactly as promised. I received a call when it was ready and was able to pick it up without any issues.
