In September 2025, I had four tires replaced, along with wheel balancing and an alignment. Exactly two months later, my truck started shaking again. I brought it back in and was told the front wheels were out of balance. About 30 minutes later, I was handed a $100 bill. When I asked about the balance guarantee, I was told it only lasts two weeks. Honestly, that’s a pretty weak guarantee for something that should last much longer. This is now the second issue I’ve had since getting my tires done—the first was only three days after installation. At this point, even though I try to support local businesses, I can’t in good faith return to this shop.

Uhaul system was down company-wide the day we were supposed to pick up our van, so we had to come back later. The DM promised us an extra day for free for the inconvenience, but ended up charging us for this extra day anyway. Called to fix this and she then lied and said we were reimbursed the charge for the extra day, which we weren't. The refund never came back to my bank account, and I was told they couldn't do anything.

I went to Xtreme Rides to mount tires on my BRAND NEW wheels I bought. During that process they scratched both rear wheels. The owner offered to powder coat them and he reassured me that he will perfectly match the color. Unfortunately he couldn't do it. Color was off from the beginning and he said it's the best he could do. After few months it got even worse. There is no shine on rear wheels at all and they are much darker (like covered with brake dust). You can see it on photos below (front wheel vs rear wheel). I always washed them myself with Simple Green, small brush and warm water (never used any acid based cleaners). When I went there to show him he admitted that it looks bad. He also said that he can do nothing about it and that they will not take responsibility for any damages tha

I reached out to the service center to schedule repairs and an oil and fuel filter change for my 2010 F250. They assured me they could handle the job. However, the process ended up taking six hours to complete. Upon receiving my truck back, it only ran for 200 miles before encountering issues. Investigation revealed that the fuel filter was improperly installed, leading to the burning of my starter due to excessive attempts to start the engine, and damage to the fuel conditioning module. When I addressed these concerns with the owner, they declined to take responsibility for their technicians' errors. This lack of accountability is disheartening. So Hector you will reap what you sow
