Hello I recently Purchased a 2010 Grand Marquis from Yancars, and they could not have been Nicer! I have had Several Mechanics go over this Car with a Fine Tooth Comb, and there are No Issues! Amazing!!! I dealt with many Car Dealerships in the last 3 Months, and was not Impressed at all! By any of them! Everyone at Yancars was Great, and my Salesman Ted was the First Car Salesman in this Area that treated me like a Human Being. He was Excellent! 1st time in my life I bought a car online & had it shipped. I found what I wanted @ Yancars. When I called, the staff starting with Ted were AMAZING. I worked with Ted & Greg & they were the best as far as professional & honest, which is hard to find these days @ a used car dealer. Completely TRANSPARENT on any & all info on the car I purchased. They sent DETAILED PICS of car inside & out & provided a CarFax report to boot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
