Absolutely the worse experience. My sister purchased a vehicle cash and has never received a title. This has been gong on for two years. Repeated calls and text from myself and my sister with no action. They have since blocked our numbers. The people who run this company are rude self absorbed scam artists. Do not give this company your money.

I purchased a vehicle from someone on Facebook marketplace September of 2023. Title never came in the mail like they said and DMV told me they never turned in the previous title. Come to find out the individual worked for this Sandy Yancy guys dealership. Anyways I’ve been back and forth and they still have not turned in the necessary title. I will join with anyone willing to take this guy to court.

Oh my goodness, after reading all this bad reviews, I am so relieved because I thought we were the only ones. This guy is a liar, a fraud. Our ordeal with him started when he sold us a 2013 BMW X3 saying it's a 2015 until we found out. It was salvaged, details he didn't even disclose. As if that's not enough, we've been following up for a title since 3.4.2023. Called MN Dealer services over 50 times,called the AG's office. Letter sent to him and he's done nothing. He keeps lying 🤥 every day. I guess he has mastered the art of doing this, conning people and getting away with it. He's a despicable human being! If anyone is willing to join hands and we file a classic lawsuit against him, I am in. In the meantime, MN Dealer services advised us to just go ahead and register the vehicle on our o

Don’t buy anything from this dealership. We have now been waiting for almost 6 months for our title for our vehicle. We have contacted the DMV almost 20 times.The dmv has contacted Sandy Yancy . We have contacted Sandy Yancy and Every single time Sandy Yancy says, give me 48 hours or give me 24 hours. Our last option is to try and take Sandy Yancy to court. It’s not worth the headache buying a used vehicle from this dealership.

Edit as of August 2024…still no title 8 months later and his business has closed down. He has reopened a new dealership called Lux Automotive under his wife’s name. He claims he doesn’t have the title because the place he got it from hasn’t given it to him. When I told him I called the place he got the car from and they said they gave him the title he got very defensive. I had to file a lawsuit all the way out in Kansas City where the car was originally titled to him. I wish I could leave 0 stars. This was myself and my wife’s first time buying a car in cash. Her previous 2015 Infiniti Q50 with only 70k miles was stolen and totaled so we used the insurance money on this. We were made aware the car had some issues with leaking coolant but they weren’t sure what was wrong. We agreed on a p
