I bought a beautiful Audi from Derek awhile back. I'm two hundred miles from his dealership and after a week I started having problems with the car . Talked to Derek about my problem and who was just very understanding about the problem. After getting the car repaired Derek offered and more than helped me out with all of my problems. He is without a doubt the most understanding helpful dealer I've ever dealt with. Great person.

My car is a 2012 c300 with 110k miles. I wanted to trade in a 2004 e500 with 120k miles and I drove there for 2 hours. He said he would pay me another $1500 after the trade-in but when I went there the car wouldn't even start ❌ he said my car (c300) was only worth $1500❗️and his 2004 e500 with a cracked transmission was worth $7500 and he wanted $6k from me 😂This guy is a joke, he thinks everyone is an idiot, don't get scammed. They buy cars from auction for a $1000 do a detailed cleaning and sell them to you for $7000, Logically you pay $6,000 for that detailed cleaning ‼️

Great experience. He went above and beyond for me. I wanted a truck on his lot that I saw advertised on the internet. I have a busy day job and he came out on the weekend to help me look at the truck. I drove 5 1/2 hours because I wanted the specific truck. He was really nice and didn't seem to have any BS. The negotiations went extremely smoothly. Im a mechanic by trade and an amateur auto mechanic and he didn't even blink an eye when I literally got on my hands and knees and crawled and inspected the truck to the best of my abilities. I test drove it and used all of the fuel in it and when I got back I went through and inspected everything I could again and again he didn't bat an eye. My fiance and me bought a 2006 Ford Freestyle back in 2022. Had issues right away with a major oil leak. Fixed it. Than not even 6 months later the transmission was completely shot. Paid $6500 and a replacement transmission would've been $4000+! We might have gotten 3k miles out of it before the transmission took a crap. Junked the car for $400 and moved on. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!
