Mitch is the best customer service representative! I really appreciated that he not only found out what was wrong with my car, but he listened to what my financial ability was and found me a solution that was reasonable and accommodating. I really appreciated his respect and professionalism. Mostly, I couldn't believe the extent he went to, to help me find a solution to my car's problem and how to fix it at a reasonable price. Bravo, Mitch! I am a loyal customer after the effort you put in to find a solution!

Tyler Phelps was our service agent for our first visit to this dealership and he made the whole process of fixing our tire easy and worry free. He was also very friendly and sociable. Made it feel like we had a friend in the business not just a bland business exchange.

I recently brought my Subaru in for an oil change, and once again, the service was exceptional! In particular, Hunter Jackson consistently makes every visit outstanding. His customer service is excellent—always attentive, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend bringing your car here for anything other than routine maintenance, especially if you drive an older car. I had my car brought here when it wouldn't start, they fixed it (new starter), and I was able to pick it up a couple days later. They did not tell me, however, that the check engine light and another error code had popped up. They simply cleared the codes right before sending me off with my car. I attempted to reach Dylan (my service advisor) but never got a response. I bought a newer Subaru (from a different dealership in Idaho after my car took a 💩 a couple months later) and will not be bringing it here.

Tyler is one of the best service advisors I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to make sure my routine maintenance was taken care of. Beyond that, he was extremely friendly and outgoing!
