Zappy's Auto Care Center

I brought my car here for a routine oil change. Shortly afterward, the splash guards came loose while I was driving, nearly causing an accident. This is a serious safety issue.Spoke with Ed, he said to bring it in. When my boyfriend went to Zappys and spoke with Eric, he simply asked that the car be looked at and the issue corrected, the manager refused to inspect the vehicle, denied any responsibility, and became nasty during the interaction. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. The lack of accountability and the unprofessional response were extremely disappointing. I will not be returning and would advise others beware! Real bad look considering how many businesses are owned by these people!

This is the only place I service my cars. They are honest, helpful, and fair. And the best part, their work is top notch. They just rebuilt the upper half of my Monte Carlo engine, and it purrs like a lion. Not many places left around that work on classic cars, and these guys don’t shy away…. 5 stars

Beware! Eric was extremely rude and even worse in person. Had an appointment for oil change.They had the year, make and model of the vehicle. They provided a price over the phone. The bill was twenty five percent higher than what they quoted. No additional services was added. They provide a low price over that phone, then jack up your bill when you're ready to pay. Eric, the manager does not care about his customers and has zero customer service skills. All Eric cares about is getting you out at any cost and then going on to his next victim. If you want to be taken advantage of, Zappy's Auto Care is the place to go. Ask for Eric.

Zappys Auto is the best! I have taken my older car here quite a few times now, and each time they have figured out the issue and had the car back to me the same day I dropped it off. Ed and Eric are always easy to talk to, and make sure to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand!

They always get the job done . It's a shame that i have to travel to them to get good service becuz my local repair shop babysit your vehicle for 2-3 weeks with some vandalism with no explanation.ZAPPY'S WILL KEEP YOU HAPPY!!!
