Zappy's Auto Washes

Employees were very rude and yelling at the customers. I get that you’re busy, but a little patience and customer service isn’t too much to ask for. I paid for platinum and there was no curb side wax after the wash. There was also soap on my car.

Hello, I want to let the management know about a bad and potentially dangerous experience I had at this car wash today. I visited on Sunday 10/12/25 at 11:30 and there was only one young man working. There was nothing wrong with the transaction and he was very polite but he sent me through before the car previously before me made it to the appropriate distance. He sprayed my car as the belt was pulling me through and I nearly crashed into the car in front of me and I had to slam on my breaks. The car behind me actually did crash into me. I believe the young man working there either did not have proper instruction or perhaps should not be working there at all. I have never had an unpleasant experience here before and I hope the situation is rectified as soon as possible so has to avoid any

Every time I come the service gets worse. I tried to call left a message no 1 even called me back. They always tell you there wait is longer than what is. Told hrs stay and wait like 30 mins. But besides that. I just paid $40 for my small car to get cleaned. I was charged 10 extra for pet hair usually 5. Whatever. Windows weren't even done. The spot are still there thats why I asked wanted this package deal. There dirty still look just as they did. Also barley wiped anything down and out. I would have done a way better Job. Pure laziness. I'm even sorry I tipped on top of that. Find kids or people that are willing to work. Detailing isn't hard but not easy sometimes. I'm so disgusted and I will not be going back ever again. I recommend anywhere but here. I should of gotten a call back. And

They did not inform us that the antenna should be removed, because if not , it would bend it to crap. We paid $18 for the platinum car wash and had to end up going to another car wash because there was still soap and suds all over the car. The dryer didn't work and they're washing. We visited 11/28/25. The service is baloney.

Never again! My car wouldn't stop, had to manually stop my car after 3 tries from hitting the car in front of me. Then car behind me rear ended me! Damage to back end, nothing crazy but it's all scratched up from there plate hitting me.
