Karen was so helpful in finding the right car for me! I got a used Subaru forester in great condition thanks to the mechanic they partner with, Laris and Eddie. She really bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and get me the best financing rate for the car of my dreams! She was very communicative, hands on, transparent and friendly every step of the way.

Stay away from this place!!! We were looking at a cheap $25,000.00 car to buy with cash. Drove one and a half hours away to make a cash purchase. Karen the employee denied my family a test drive, thinking we didn't look like folks with money ( ha ). I see this lady Karen is led by her emotions rather than kindness and intelligence. She is also racist, as our family is a mixed colored family. Her narrow minded judgment is purely evil and disgusting. Boycott this business and let it go out of business for the sake of humanity. There's other places that will bend over backwards to give you great service. Good luck, and stay away from this Karen.

I called Karen to inquire about some specific vehicles and trade-in information. I loved how direct and friendly she was in getting me information. On the day I went in for test drives, I was unfortunately also dealing with a death in my family, but I couldn’t postpone because of holidays and personal affairs. What could have been added stress on stress ended up being so smooth and stress-free! Purchased a Subaru Crosstek and very satisfied. I have brought my car to owners mechanical shop for years (Loris and Eddies) and 100% appreciate and trust them so when my car was totalled and Loris said he had Zarooki and any car he has on lot, he has inspected, my trust carried over to knowing he is selling a sound car. Karen at lot was fantastic and very helpful, got me set up with one of the credit unions they use and she made the process very easy and smooth.
