I grew up in the car business with a whole seller in the family who exposed me to so many car sells men that were not trustworthy and often deceitful. There was an issue with the car that I am buying, and knowing the answers to the questions I was asking to the certified mechanic to see what his response was. He answered with complete accuracy and integrity of all of the questions I asked! The one little issue that needed to be fixed that they are fixing on Tuesday at no charge. Doug was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We came looking for a car today & we’re already approved through the bank and something came up but he said no worries I can work something out, & HE DID JUST THAT!! He was amazing, very good customer service, very honest, no time limit on the test drive which was a huge plus for us, he is just all around a great guy and definitely knows what he’s doing!
