🚩 My 2023 Dodge Durango SRT 392 Was Damaged While in Zeigler Dodge of Downers Grove’s Care – Then Mishandled I brought my 2023 Dodge Durango SRT 392 to Zeigler Dodge of Downers Grove on August 6, 2025 for warranty work on a low-coolant message and a “Rear Right Turn Signal Out” warning. They replaced the radiator under warranty but claimed my rear right tail-light assembly was cracked and therefore not covered, quoting over $1,100. No walk-around inspection was done when I dropped off the vehicle. I am 100 % sure that crack was not present beforehand. My own interior camera later showed non-service staff walking up to my SUV, taking personal cell-phone photos of my aftermarket sound system, and an employee inside my car on a personal call who disconnected my dash cam after realizing it

We had a great experience buying our 2026 Chrysler Pacifica here. All of the associates were friendly and helpful! The owner Darren came over and sat with us to answer questions as we were waiting to complete our financing. It was the least painful car buying experience we have yet had.

Recommended! I service my 2025 Ram 1500 with Lamarie, and I only go to these guys. The service is fast, they provide an estimate before starting any work, and after approval they complete everything at the same agreed price. They also took care of a recall for free, and the oil change price is very reasonable. Great experience overall! 👍

THE WORST!!! dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. My wife and I came here to come look at a new jeep Cherokee we had already been looking online for a week or so, so we already knew what we were looking for and had jeeps saved on the website and decided to go to zeigler first because of the jeep fit the price and style we were looking for , now I’ve been researching this jeep at there dealership for a few days the price had remained the same. When we arrived we walked in and were not even greeted and salesman didn’t even introduce himself he just asked what we needed and I showed him my phone with jeep we were interested in , which he basically just took my phone out of my hand and scrolled threw the listing gave me my phone back and told us he would get the keys it would be a minute or

⸻ I strongle recommend never shopping at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Downers Grove. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Pricing practices appear inconsistent and inflated, and I was given information that did not align with what was ultimately presented to me. Staff interactions lacked professionalism and transparency. In particular, my interaction with Matt in the parts department (who presented himself in a supervisory role) was unacceptable. I was quoted $25 plus tax for a simple gasket. When I declined to provide my full home address—information that was unnecessary for an in-store parts purchase—the price was suddenly increased.
