When in for a simple window track and motor replacement for a mini van. I bought my own parts in and was charged $318 on a job that should only take a hour tops. Way to overpriced. I should have read the reviews first. The people were nice but that price is just ridiculous for something so simple.

Warning: I was charged $548 for an oil change and a tire rotation. $188 for labor on the tire rotation and oil change. ($48 of that was the oil.) I was charged again $140 for the tire rotation. So $328 in total. (An additional $196 charge for charging my A/C unit.) (Another charge of $23 for “supplies”). I asked the front desk guy to clarify a few discrepancies on my bill and was told “that’s the nature of the beast”. Update: I spoke with the mechanic and they refunded me $140 of the $196 A/C charge, because that work was not performed. I made it clear that I am not a complainer and I wasn’t asking for anything for free or discounted. I genuinely felt like I was taken advantage of. So in total I left with a bill of $408 ($428 after I assume the card fee) for an oil change and a tire rot

I will continue to use Zeke's Automotive, kinda stumbled across this shop one day and decided to give them a shot, the way the shop is ran is a great atmosphere, I believe the guy I spoke with was Pete, he was an older gentlemen, answered all my questions, I believe they have two younger technicians back there as well who are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Paul You earned a customer for life! Keep up the good work

They don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional customer service. Installs faulty parts that will leave you with serious problems. On top of having our vehicles rotating in there for months the old man in the front was extremely rude and doesn't want to compensate their mess ups right. He was very sarcastic and nasty. Will never ever go to him again after spending thousands of dollars there just for one problem after another. Do not go here you will regret it!

Everyone Don't take your vehicles to zekes auto repair they don't fix the cars right and expect to get paid for not doing nothing to your car because there mechanics don't know how to fix cars and they run worse then before. NO GOOD THATS WHY THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMERS.
