The first time I had my car serviced here I made an appointment at 9 in the morning. They didn’t even look at it that day and did not communicate with me all day. I finally Ubered back prior to closing to pick my car up since I didn’t have any other means of transportation as a single mom. They asked when I could drop it back off to be looked at so I made another appointment that week again around 9 and they didn’t not look at it until later that day but claim they “book appointments”. Once they finally “diagnosed” my car they provided a rental. A couple weeks later I had to take it back because a hose was cracked. I decided to give them another try and had a back up car at this point. The service was ok. A few weeks later it kept stalling and needed 100,000 tune-up so I took it back. (N

Service department was great. We had a decent amount of snow over night and my drivers side windshield wiper wasn't moving even with the windshield cleaned off. No appointment, I went in and in less than 10 minutes total was back on the road. Thank you service department.
