Zips Car Wash

It's a fairly gentle car wash that doesn't damage your car. It doesn't clean the lower parts of your car very well; however, they will lend you a soft cloth and spray bottle of water to do it yourself as you vacuum the interior. The vacuums work great.

James is always so nice! I’m always greeted with a smile and uplifting words. This is the best carwash in town because of the experience, the customer service which is rare these days. Thank you for brightening my day when you don’t even know I’m having a rough one.

The attendant consistently provides exceptional service. Since my relocation to Cordova in February 2025, I have experienced nearly a year of outstanding support. He extended a warm welcome upon my arrival and has maintained that welcoming demeanor throughout.

Their automated carwash pulled off pieces of my stock truck on BOTH sides of the top of the cab and they refused to accept responsibility for it. Update: DO NOT get a membership here. I canceled mine over a month ago and they are still charging my account. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their account is full of similar complaints.

I have a Zips Car Wash pass for both of my vehicles. I love that I can come wash and vacuum my vehicles any day of the week. My cars are washed and clean after going through the car wash. Staff members are awesome. The Supervisor, Mr. James, is always pleasant and professional. Mr. James and his staff kept the car wash neat and always look out for women safety while they’re cleaning their car out. You won’t be disappointed!
